Local Search Results on Google Maps now Global

gapBH Google Local search results on Google Maps is now available global. Google has finished the worldwide rollout of local search results on a map, which makes searches as easy as they can be. Your search will now appear even if you don’t type in a location.

Your Google search will match with your IP address to a broad geographical location and show results in your local area. You can search for specific stores or street addresses near you, probably a gym or a restaurant, even a particular store like Gap in Beverly Hills. You can also specify your probable location using the “Change location” link on the top right corner, above the map.
